About The Role
You’ll be part of the business process support team reporting directly to our Operations Strategist work closely with various business teams and the Director of Strategic Planning & Project Management, Operations. Your deliverables will be around creation and maintenance of products, products attributes, purchase orders, etc. assigned by the team’s business partners.

Your Duties And Responsibilities
- Support warehouse workforce management processes such as accurately executing creating and updating employee schedules and timesheets as well as providing timely feedback on attendance violations and discrepancies to managers for corrective action.
- Investigate operational data inconsistencies such as product and inventory information and share well-validated findings with business stakeholders.
- Track product and shipment data across multiple systems and provide accurate, actionable reports to relevant business teams.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across internal systems.
- Prepare accurate and actionable reports on operational information to support decision-making by relevant business teams.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational data is accurate, timely, and actionable for warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in basic and intermediate Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, nested formulas, conditional formatting, data validation).
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in operational and employee data handling.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across recurring and ad-hoc tasks.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify irregularities and suggest corrective actions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with Warehouse, HR, Purchasing, and Accounting teams.
- Proactive approach to monitoring reports, spotting issues, and escalating with recommendations.
- Advanced Excel proficiency beyond standard functions preferred, but not mandatory.
- Professional skills related to warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a functional operations support role with a strong emphasis on workforce management, process support and data management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, WMS, and ERP systems for creating, updating, and analyzing operational data (non-technical role).
- Experience in preparing and maintaining accurate, timely reports for business stakeholders.
- Experience working across business functions such as HR, Operations, Accounting, Purchasing, etc.
- Prior experience supporting warehouse operations and processes preferred, but not mandatory
Must be willing to work during the permanent shift from 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST on weekdays.
