Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end migration of business ensuring seamless transition.

  • Conduct thorough

    process mapping and documentation

    of current operational workflows. 
  • Oversee the seamless transition of business operations to

    Latin America

    , maintaining service continuity. 
  • Partner closely with leadership teams in

    North America

    to align transition goals and ensure compliance with standards. 
  • Train and develop teams to align with new processes and standards. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure process efficiency and compliance. Build cultural alignment and enable a smooth working relationship between multi-country stakeholders. 
  • Monitor migration timelines, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational risk mitigations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-migration. 
  • Act as a change champion, guiding local teams through new processes, expectations, and work styles. 
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members. 
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    5+ years in Training & Development, Process Migration, or Operations Enablement.

     
  • Proven success in

    outsourcing environments

    , with strong exposure to

    international transitions

  • Solid background in

    logistics, transportation, or a related business domain

    is preferred. 
  • Excellent communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Extensive travel will be required for this role.

Good to have:

  • Prior experience working with or training teams across

    North America or Latin America.

  • Exposure to e-learning platforms, digital training tools, or LMS (Learning Management Systems).
