Role: BPO Manager (Frenchinvestment product regulations)

Position Overview

PEA (Plan d’Épargne en Actions)

Mandatory Experience Requirements Domain Experience (At least 1 year) Product Support for Retail Investors:

• Handling account openings, closures, and productlifecycle (esp. PEA)
• Managing in-/out-transfers of securities and cash
• Processing and troubleshooting savings plan executions (ETF, stock, cryptosavings plans where applicable)
• Assisting with regulatory product requirements (eligibility, transfer conditions, tax implications)

PEA Knowledge (Mandatory):

• Requirements for opening and maintaining a PEA
• Rules for contributions, eligible instruments, and holding periods
• Handling of incoming/outgoing transfers between institutions
• Tax benefits and conditions for exemptions/penalties on closure

Savings Plan Knowledge:

• Saving Plan handling
• Execution logic (dates,order types, instrument eligibility, partial executions)
• Handling failed executions (e.g. insufficient funds,unavailable instruments)

Technical Competencies

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Deep understanding of PEA productstructure and regulatory framework
• Savings plan knowledge

Data & Reconciliation Skills:

• Reviewing and validating execution logs for savings plans
• Identifying and resolvingdiscrepancies in contributions vs. executed amounts
• Reconciling transfer valuesand instrument eligibility

Regulatory Awareness:

• Familiarity with Frenchinvestment product regulations (AMF framework for PEA)
• Understanding European savingsand investment productrules
• Awareness of cross-border product limitations

Required Skills& Qualifications

Numerical & Analytical Proficiency:

• Comfort with percentages, recurring contributions, and tax-advantaged investment products
• Ability to explainsavings plan mechanicsin simple languageto retail customers

Language Requirements:

• English: Fluent (C1 level minimum)
• French: preferred (due to PEA framework)

Clear communication skills for explaining product rules and processes
