Job Description

Role Overview: As the Territory Manager at V Guard Business, you will be responsible for leading and owning the territory management while also overseeing the end-to-end business process of off-roll field sales resources. Your role will involve managing LAS (Lead Acquisition System) and driving various programs to meet business objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in territory design, sales force deployment, market analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure efficient sales operations. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage business cases for LAS, identifying opportunities based on analytics and market understanding - Onboard, train, and align new resources to business priorities - Design territory and category mapping for effective business delivery - Develop KRAs and incentive structures for LAS to drive business priorities - Manage LAS App and work with tech teams to ensure smooth functionality - Review performance metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to realign territories as needed Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (Tier 1/2 MBA preferred) - 4-8 years of experience in Sales, sales operations, channel planning, or market development, preferably in Electricals/Consumer Durables - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Power BI - Familiarity with distribution networks, B2B and B2C models, and rural/urban sales dynamics - Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution approach Additional Details: The company is looking for a candidate who possesses key competencies such as Territory Planning & Optimization, Sales Operations Excellence, Channel Understanding, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Cross-functional Coordination, Attention to Detail, and Communication & Influencing Skills.,
