As a Performance Marketer for our ecommerce division, you will be responsible for managing and executing performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook. Your primary goal will be to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and generate revenue growth through new and repeat purchases. You will develop a go-to-market strategy and take ownership of executing campaigns on one specific channel. Your role will involve creating a new customer acquisition strategy and implementing it on various paid channels. You will actively contribute to formulating growth strategies for the business/brands by employing ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will optimize marketing activities to enhance return on investment and maximize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) while efficiently scaling new customers. In this position, you will be tasked with running an effective acquisition funnel that encompasses diverse sources of acquisition and fosters strong customer loyalty. You will be responsible for driving performance across multiple marketing channels including Facebook, Google, organic, direct, and affiliate sources. Furthermore, you will ensure an optimal performance marketing channel mix that includes digital media, offline channels, analytics, and CRM. Your role will also involve managing and growing paid campaigns for both new and existing categories and markets. You will be expected to devise innovative growth ideas to expand and optimize existing referral funnels. Monitoring the performance of channels based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting A/B tests to enhance conversion rates will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a D2C brand or agency background. Proficiency in working with attribution platforms like Branch, Adjust, and Appsflyer is essential. Experience in ecommerce and expertise in developing multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, and social media, will be advantageous. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data, metrics, and consumer behavior trends. Your ability to deliver customer delight through engaging customer experiences, optimize online customer journeys, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights will be crucial for driving the success of our performance marketing initiatives.,
