Role Overview

Business Operations professional

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

• Drive qualified lead generation efforts across NICs, corporate alliances, and retail centres.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closures to achieve defined sales and revenue targets.
  

• Client & Partner Engagement

• Facilitate effective onboarding, retention, and engagement of partners, licensees, and corporate clients.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate deals that support long-term relationships.
  

• Channel & Corporate Development

• Strengthen and scale channel partner networks and corporate tie-ups to drive expansion.
• Identify growth opportunities and support strategic collaborations.
  

• Operational Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes for partners.
• Ensure smooth daily operations in line with standard operating procedures and business policies.
  

• Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities using MS Excel and Office tools.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports for management insights and decision-making.
  

• System Utilization

• Leverage ERP systems (SAP or similar) for tracking leads, invoicing, documentation, and overall operational efficiency.
  

• Problem Solving & Ownership

• Take initiative to resolve operational or partner issues independently.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive solutions with minimal supervision.
  

• Travel & Field Support

• Be open to business travel and flexible working hours to support on-ground execution where required.
  

• Learning & Development

• Maintain a proactive learning mindset and stay adaptable to changing business needs and processes.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Sales-oriented)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Operational execution and multitasking ability
• Proactive problem-solving with a solution-first approach
• Learning agility and adaptability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
