About the Role

Business Operations Manager

You will be responsible for managing MIS, creating SOPs, leading teams (photography and post-production), overseeing vendors, and ensuring all projects are executed flawlessly and on time.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

MIS & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain MIS reports for revenue, costs, and project performance
  • Provide leadership with timely insights to support decision-making

Operations & SOPs

  • Design and implement

    SOPs

    to streamline processes across departments
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time with seamless execution standards
  • Create systems that minimize errors, inefficiencies, and delays

Stakeholder & Investor Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors
  • Provide transparency through reporting and ensure confidence in business performance
  • Align business operations with growth milestones

Financial Oversight & Compliance

  • Identify and plug financial leakages to make the company profitable
  • Oversee tax compliance, legal formalities, and financial reporting
  • Work with finance teams to forecast budgets and ensure cost efficiency

Team Leadership & Motivation

  • Lead the photography and post-production teams, ensuring accountability and excellence
  • Motivate and mentor staff to maintain productivity, creativity, and morale
  • Build a culture of responsibility, innovation, and client-first execution

Execution & Vendor Management

  • Ensure projects are executed flawlessly on ground, making visits during shoots to ensure quality and coordination
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts with a focus on profitability and quality delivery
  • Coordinate across teams to align client expectations with final outputs

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–6years of experience in business operations, preferably in weddings, events, luxury hospitality, or creative industries
  • Strong experience in

    MIS, financial oversight, compliance, and process design

  • Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills under tight deadlines
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and motivational abilities
  • Flexible to work a

    6-day week

    with dynamic schedules and frequent travel for shoots/events
  • Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to

    South Delhi (GK1)
