Job Description

Business Operations Manager (Looking Immediate joiner)

Experience: 10-14 Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

Business Operations professional


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    end-to-end program tracking

    , ensuring timely delivery of milestones, outcomes, and key business initiatives.
  • Lead

    governance reviews

    , prepare management reports, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee

    resource planning, budgeting, and utilization tracking

    across projects or business units.
  • Establish and maintain

    standard operating procedures (SOPs)

    , ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
  • Facilitate

    leadership meetings

    , prepare

    dashboards, minutes, and action trackers

    , and ensure timely closures.
  • Manage

    risk and issue logs

    , driving resolution and escalation management as required.
  • Coordinate with

    cross-functional stakeholders

    (Delivery, HR, Finance, IT, etc.) for seamless operational execution.
  • Lead

    process improvement and automation initiatives

    to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in adopting tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Support

    change management

    ,

    business transformation

    , and

    strategic planning

    initiatives.


Required Skills & Attributes

  • 8–14 years of experience in

    Business Operations / Delivery Governance / PMO / Strategic Planning

    .
  • Strong background in

    program management, analytics, and reporting

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Excel, PowerPoint

    , and business visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in

    stakeholder management

    and

    executive communication

    .
  • Exposure to

    budgeting, forecasting, and resource management processes

    .
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on

    continuous improvement

    and

    data-driven decision making

    .
  • Knowledge of

    collaboration and workflow tools

    such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
