Role overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Operations Executive to assist the Head of Business Development and support day-to-day business activities. The role involves coordination across teams, basic operational follow-ups, simple reporting, and communication with wholesalers, vendors, and marketing partners.

You will also support our online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, IndiaMART, etc by helping with product listings, updates, and coordination with the marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on marketing activities, and work with the design team to ensure assets are shared on time.
• Help monitor digital marketing campaigns and support the team in meeting timelines.
• Review sales data regularly and share insights or updates that can support the sales team.
• Check and qualify leads from social media platforms so that the right prospects reach the sales team.
• Support the smooth running of our e-commerce website by updating product details, checking inventory status, and assisting with basic customer queries.
• Prepare easy-to-understand reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for management use.
• Work directly with the Head of Business Development for routine coordination, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
• Support communication between different teams to ensure tasks move smoothly and everyone stays updated.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling company information.
• Approximately 70% of the work will be from the office in a desk-based role. The remaining 30% will involve going out to markets, coordinating offline events, and handling on-ground activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in business operations, coordination, e-commerce support, or a similar role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or e-commerce processes.
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu (both are mandatory).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up with teams and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle day-to-day operations smoothly.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital marketing tools is a plus (not mandatory).

Work Mode and Salary

• Work from office - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.(Bairagiguda, Hyderabad)
• Salary during probation: 25,000 per month. Post-probation (after 2–3 months): 35,000 per month.
