Marketing & Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Male Marketing & Sales Coordinator with strong organizational and analytical skills to support our team’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating marketing activities, analyzing sales data, managing lead generation efforts, and overseeing our e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and follow up on marketing activities, including liaising with the design team to ensure timely delivery of assets.

2. Manage and track digital marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

3. Analyze sales data regularly and provide actionable insights and tools to improve sales performance.

4. Filter and qualify leads generated from various social media platforms to ensure high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team.

5. Oversee and maintain e-commerce website operations, ensuring product listings, inventory, and customer queries are handled efficiently.

6. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making processes.

7. Support executive management with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks as required.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance communication.

9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold professional integrity at all times.

Work Schedule and Location:

• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Approximately 70% desk-based work.
• Up to 30% of the time may require traveling within the city for meetings or other company needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
