CTC- As per experience Notice period- Immediate joiner or less than a week Jobs responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email. Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed. Update customer databases and maintain accurate records. Assist the sales team with lead generation and qualification. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. Coordinate sales meetings, and update sales collateral materials (brochures, presentations, etc.). Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with production team. Generate sales reports and analyse key performance indicators. Monitor sales team performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical. Assist with training and onboarding of new sales team members. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies. Liaise with other departments (e.g., marketing, accounting).
