Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties: A. Problem Identification: Understand and find problems or gaps in current business processes and look for areas where work can be improved. B. Requirements Gathering: Collect and note down what different teams or people need to solve the problem. C. Solution Design: Work with technical teams to create and apply suitable data-based solutions as per business needs. D. Data Analysis & Reporting: Study data to check performance, find patterns or issues, and prepare reports or charts to share with management. E. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a link between business teams and other departments to make sure information and ideas are clearly shared. F. Change Management: Help in bringing new processes or technologies into use and support teams during the change. G. Process Improvement: Suggest better ways to do work that save time, reduce cost, and increase output. H. Testing & Verification: Check if the new systems or processes work properly and meet user or business needs. I. Report Preparation: Prepare and maintain different types of reports as needed.
