Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily financial entries. Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions. Perform daily bank and cash reconciliations. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports. Coordinate with branches, vendors, and banks for accounting matters. Support internal and external audits with required documentation. Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all financial documents.
· Maintain day-to-day MIS & Accounting records. · Record sales and collections on due dates, including overdue (OD) accounts, and maintain accurate records. · Prepare and reconcile bank statements. · Coordinate with internal teams for billing, collections, and payments. · Maintain proper filing of all accounts-related documents. · Handle petty cash, daily expenses, and prepare expense statements. · Prepare various accounting reports.

Process Improvement: Suggest better ways to do work that save time, reduce cost, and increase output. H. Testing & Verification: Check if the new systems or processes work properly and meet user or business needs. I. Report Preparation: Prepare and maintain different types of reports as needed.
