Business Operations Analyst

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Tesla, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of the order life cycle, from purchase order confirmation to delivery and revenue recognition. Your responsibilities will include: - Daily execution and coordination of all operational aspects of vehicle orders and deliveries, such as managing new orders, backlog, sales order delivery, and revenue recognition. - Responding to general order-related inquiries from various departments within the organization. - Collaborating with the Sales and Delivery teams to enhance and streamline the sales pipeline management. - Ensuring the quality of data in different systems like SMP, Warp, AX, TMS, collections, etc. - Investigating system discrepancies promptly and providing final solutions. - Assisting with special projects and data analysis as required. - Participating in testing of new and updated system logic and procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships. - Self-starter with a goal-oriented and highly motivated approach, while also being able to follow instructions. - Superior attention to detail. - Technological fluency and proficiency in operating internal business systems and MS Office, with moderate skills in MS Excel. - Strong initiative, eagerness to learn, result-oriented mindset, and creative thinking abilities. - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, organize processes, and track findings and deliverables. - Proficiency in English and other local languages is required.,
