As a Business Operations Analyst / Coordinator at our company, your role will involve improving processes, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support Professional Services, DevOps, and Product teams in running core business processes such as project portfolio, budgets, resources, asset management, and CRM/ERP. - Coordinate recurring operational processes to ensure data quality and business continuity. - Drive small internal change & improvement projects from requirements gathering to implementation. - Act as an administrator for internal systems including CRM, ERP, and reporting tools. - Prepare clear reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years of experience in operations coordination, business analysis, or change management. - Background in the IT sector with experience in CRM/ERP, Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus. - Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint, PowerBI, or Azure DevOps is advantageous. - Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural, and hybrid work environment. If you have a degree/diploma in Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, along with certifications in Business Analysis or Project/Change Management, it will be considered a plus. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
