Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager - Media (Sales & Business Development) located in Jaipur. The Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing business development activities for our media services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimal delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

     – Identify and pursue high-potential clients in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, and digital-first brands.
  • Client Pitching & Closing

     – Build powerful ROI-driven presentations and confidently pitch MUM’s media solutions to decision-makers.
  • Sales Growth & Revenue Targets

     – Drive measurable sales growth with ownership of 

    ₹2 Cr–10 Cr+ annual budgets

    .
  • Upselling & Retention

     – Expand existing accounts and ensure long-term partnerships through strategic consultative selling.
  • Unlock 

    cross-platform opportunities

     across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Zepto, Blinkit & more.
  • Deliver 

    business insights & campaign metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)

     to clients and leadership.


Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ proven experience

     in digital media sales & business development.
  • Strong expertise in 

    lead generation, pitching, and closing deals

    .
  • Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Pi, Helium 10 & programmatic platforms.
  • Excellent 

    negotiation, communication & storytelling skills

    .
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

    .
