Business Manager – Media Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  media sales and account acquisition

  across e-commerce, FMCG, retail, and digital-first brands.
• Manage high-value media budgets (

  ₹2 Cr–10 Cr+ annually

  ) to deliver measurable ROI.
• Build and present

  ROI-driven pitches and growth strategies

  to clients and leadership.
• Unlock cross-platform media opportunities across

  Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit

  , etc.
• Drive

  business development and category expansion

  through consultative selling.
• Collaborate with client’s sales, supply chain, and creative teams to align media execution with business goals.
• Build CXO-level client relationships to secure long-term partnerships and renewals.
• Track campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 3 to 6 years’ experience in

  media sales, buying, and strategy

  , preferably at leading media-first agencies.
• Hands-on expertise in

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Programmatic, Amazon Pi, Helium 10, and Marketplace tools

  .
• Strong track record of

  winning pitches

• Ability to handle high-value budgets and deliver double-digit revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and client management skills.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Marketing/Business; MBA preferred.
• Recognized achiever with national-level distinctions is a plus.
