The Role: Business Manager

Business Manager

5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or hospitality/recreation management

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

• Drive

  sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition

  across sports, arts, events, and hospitality.
• Create and execute strategies for

  revenue growth, lead generation, and client retention

  .
• Build partnerships with schools, corporates, and event organizers.

Operations & Guest Experience

• Oversee

  day-to-day operations

  across Playzen Sports Park, Artezen Creative Retreat, and Plated Zen Eatery.
• Ensure

  top-notch guest experience

  across all offerings.
• Manage scheduling, team coordination, and seamless execution of bookings and events.

Reporting & Leadership Communication

• Prepare

  regular reports and updates

  on business performance, sales, and operations.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership for

  review, strategy, and decision-making

  .

Team & Performance Management

• Work closely with the MTW team to ensure

  structure, accountability, and reporting systems

  .
• Train and motivate team members to deliver

  excellent customer service

  .

Marketing Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team on

  campaigns, promotions, and social media presence

  .
• Contribute creative ideas for

  community engagement and brand growth

  .

Who You Are

• 5-7 years of experience in

  business development, sales, hospitality management, or recreation management

  .
• Passionate about

  sports and arts

  , with a keen interest in hospitality and community spaces.
• A people person who thrives in

  customer-facing roles

  .
• Strong organizational skills with a balance of

  strategic thinking and hands-on execution

  .
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-growing, dynamic environment

  .
