Business Manager - Epic Businesses Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to join our online marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in both analyzing and understanding business needs and managing projects to drive successful online marketing campaigns. Your ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and project execution will be key to our digital marketing success.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business

requirements related to online marketing initiatives.

2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

3. Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive project

3. plans, including goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and requirements.

4. Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for digital marketing projects.

Online Marketing:

1. Provide insights into digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

2. Collaborate with marketing teams to define and execute digital marketing

campaigns, including campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.

3. Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and recommend

optimizations to improve ROI.

4. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in online

marketing.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

● Good understanding of digital marketing channels, tools (CRM tools like:

ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, MailChimp), and analytics.

● Understanding in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Airtable) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

● PMP, CBAP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
