What You’ll Be Doing…

As the Business Intelligence - Sr Mgr, you will be responsible for conducting analysis and identifying opportunities through data-driven expertise. You will work closely with the base analytics and data enablement teams to support complex analysis, streamlining data sources, enabling and monetizing data and supporting the leadership decision-making process on churn and base marketing initiatives.

Driving churn and base marketing initiatives with data-driven insight and supporting leadership decision-making process
Performing advanced analytics, modeling and data mining to develop insights on our business.
Monitoring performance and reporting ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards targeted to the situation and audience.
Partner with AI&D to identify and create remediation plans on customer behaviors such as false churn (goal to drive down false churn disconnects)
Designing and creating fact tables, dashboards, and reporting.
Leading the collection and aggregation of corporate relevant datasets to support BI enablement.
Driving standardization, efficiency and continuous improvement of data management.
Leveraging customer engagement data to measure performance of marketing strategies.
Establishing automated controls to notify process owners when their key business metrics change.

You’ll Need To Have

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work experience
Experience in data science, analytics, or strategic marketing
Experience working with big data sets, relational databases, and platforms, including teradata and google cloud platform
Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, BI, etc.
Experience creating compelling narratives to influence decision makers

Even Better If You Have

Master’s degree in a technical field (eg. engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics)
Presentation experience with executive leadership
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite
Value Based Marketing / CRM experience
Familiarity with base management and lifecycle engagement tactics, techniques and practices.
