Objectives of this Role Work with data to solve business problems, building and maintaining the infrastructure to answer questions and improve processes Help streamline our data science workflows, adding value to our product offering and building out our customer lifecycle and retention models Work closely with the data science and business intelligence teams to develop data models and pipelines for research, reporting, and machine learning Be an advocate for best practices and continued learning What You’ll Do Develop BI dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decisions Work with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior and product performance Build and optimize data models and reporting system sTranslate data into actionable insights that support growth, retention, and customer experienc e What We’re Looking Fo r 2+ years of experience in BI, SQL, data modeling, ETL, and reporting tools (MicroStrategy preferred) Strong analytical mindset and business acumen Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to non-technical teams Experience in any B2C domain lik e Gaming, Fintech, EdTech, or E-commer ce is a strong pl us Preferred Qualificati ons Experience creating and managing reports on BI tools Hands-on experience with SQL database design Show more Show less
