Job Title: Business Head – Laminates Sales Location: Yamuna Nagar / Delhi (Remote Work Enabled) Industry: Building Materials / Laminates / Interior Solutions Experience: 10+ Years Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Business Head to lead and scale our Laminates sales division. The role requires deep market knowledge, proven leadership experience, and a strong network in the laminates, plywood, or allied building materials sectors. The ideal candidate will drive nationwide growth, manage high-performing sales teams, and build lasting relationships with channel partners and key accounts. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective national and regional sales strategies. Drive revenue growth across B2B, channel, and institutional segments. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution networks. Build strong relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and OEMs. Launch and promote new product lines in targeted territories. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage sales teams across regions. Set clear KPIs and ensure accountability for performance. Foster a results-oriented and customer-focused culture. Product & Market Insights: Collaborate with the product team to align offerings with market demand. Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends. Recommend pricing strategies and product positioning. Operational Oversight: Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor receivables and credit control processes. Optimize cost structures for better profitability. Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in laminates, plywood, or related industries. Proven track record in driving high-value sales across geographies. Strong network among dealers, distributors, and influencers. Leadership experience with multi-location teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Willingness to travel extensively as required. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant discipline. Prior experience in launching new brands or markets is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,489.06 - ₹95,560.05 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
