We specialize in design, integration, and support of AV systems — including displays, audio processors, cameras, control systems, and collaboration software.
You will lead the AV Sales & Integration business — from opportunity generation to project delivery.
This includes managing OEM relationships, leading solution sales, ensuring profitable project execution, and mentoring a cross-functional team of sales engineers, design specialists, and service staff.
· Develop business in corporate, education, and government sectors.
· Conduct requirement gathering, site visits, and create solution proposals (BOM + design + presentation).
· Oversee project execution in coordination with technical & service teams.
· Review pipeline, forecast accuracy, and delivery milestones weekly.
· Ensure smooth client handover and AMC initiation post project completion.
· Drive recurring business through AMCs and upgrades.
. Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
· Proven OEM/distributor coordination (Crestron, Poly, Logitech, Barco, Peoplelink, Cisco, etc.).
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
· Technical understanding of AV systems (switching, audio DSPs, control processors, displays).
· Business acumen and margin discipline.
· Strategic + hands-on leadership.
· Technical awareness with commercial focus.
· OEM and client relationship management.
