Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative to drive customer acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the companys revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating lasting relationships with clients.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed growth targets.
  • Proactively identify new markets and business opportunities to drive sales and revenue.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and prospects.
  • Conduct product presentations, proposals, and consultations to demonstrate the value of the companys offerings.
  • Address client needs, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to develop and execute targeted business development strategies and campaigns.
  • Align business development efforts with overall company goals to drive long-term success.
  • Track and manage sales activities to ensure goals and KPIs are consistently met.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish new partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Nurture existing relationships to ensure continued growth and value for the business.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and track sales performance metrics.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to management.

Requirements

  • Experience

    : 2+ years in B2B business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a technology-driven or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving abilities to identify new opportunities and markets.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies, sales funnels, and pipeline management.
  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Mindset

    : Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and driven to achieve results.
