1. DevOps Engineering & Automation:

• Design, implement, and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  to streamline code deployment processes and improve delivery efficiency.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using tools like

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms like

2. Infrastructure Design & Optimization:

• Design, scale, and manage

  cloud-based infrastructure

  for high availability and fault tolerance.
• Optimize infrastructure and deployment processes for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
• Ensure systems and infrastructure meet security best practices, including compliance and governance standards.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor junior engineers, helping them grow their technical skills and understanding of DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product, etc.) to align infrastructure requirements with application needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations for your team, ensuring smooth, continuous delivery of projects.

4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Actively contribute to the improvement of internal DevOps processes and the evolution of the teams skill sets.

5. Incident Management & Troubleshooting:

• Respond to incidents, troubleshooting complex issues across the stack, from infrastructure to applications.
• Ensure effective monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems are in place to proactively prevent issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with
