We are looking for Business Finance Manager to join Entero growth journey

Key Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with focus on Planning and budgeting, Management and performance reporting, Forecasting and modelling
• Assist business head by providing analysis & insights on sales and margin performance of different entities
• Analyse customer and product level sales of entities and suggest corrective actions on how to improve the same
• Work on Business planning activities of Entero entities
• Analysis of monthly MIS & other reports and share the reports with the management and support management with the insights.
• Establish controls and manage working capital and ensure working capital investment and days are under control as per head office parameters
• Work with other department heads to help improve business efficiency and help measure business performance
• Analyse the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, GP, expenses, working capital
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Product Costing and Pricing decision
• Performance measurement and Ad-hoc business performance reporting Profit Centre / Customer / Product Profitability
• Financial modelling and working on what-if analysis / scenario-based analysis / sensitivity analysis
• Capital Budgeting / ROI evaluation
• Process optimization and automation (mainly R2R optimization)
• Business Intelligence and Dashboarding
