Business Finance Manager

You have come across a job opportunity for a Chartered Accountant position in Bangalore with a minimum of 4-7 years of post-qualification experience. The role requires a strong understanding of financial statements, business performance metrics, and investor-related deliverables. You will be expected to work with cross-functional teams and assist senior leadership in data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Preparation and analysis of MIS reports across business units, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting - Annual budgeting exercise / preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in collaboration with business and functional teams - Tracking and analyzing key financial and operational KPIs to support business reviews and strategic decisions - Scenario modeling, trend analysis, and sensitivity assessments to evaluate business performance and outlook - Regular benchmarking against industry peers and competitors to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunities - Providing support to leadership with business insights and financial commentary for internal reviews and board meetings - Collaborating with teams across Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Risk to respond to internal and external stakeholders - Contributing to due diligence efforts and providing financial inputs for fundraising and strategic partnerships **Qualification Required:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) - 4-7 years of post-qualification experience Please note that candidates with experience from mid-sized NBFCs/Big 6 firms with Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience would be preferred for this role.,
