Role Overview

The Business Executive will play a key role in supporting business growth, operational excellence, and client engagement. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage business processes, coordinate across teams, support revenue initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of strategic and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to support business initiatives.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, reports, and MIS dashboards.
• Track leads, client engagements, and follow-ups to support revenue growth.
• Manage documentation, data accuracy, and business records.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Support client interactions, scheduling, and communication as required.
• Assist in planning and execution of business meetings, events, and initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in business operations, coordination, or executive support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business tools.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
