We exclusively represent global leaders in their respective fields into India and with their proactive support address the healthcare needs of the country, as well as the R&D needs of research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, CRO’s, CDMO’s & CRAMS.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our Business Development team. The candidate will play a key role in expanding Clinicare’s market presence, managing key accounts, and driving growth across domestic and international markets. The role demands strong business acumen, customer engagement skills, and an ability to identify and convert strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the pharma primary packaging sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Coordinate with global partners and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and regulatory) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions and trade events to promote Clinicare’s portfolio and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Drive initiatives to position Clinicare as a trusted partner for innovative, high-quality packaging solutions.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing in the pharmaceutical or packaging industry. Freshers can apply too.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, pharma supply chains, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
