Job Title: Business Development Trainee – Internship (Full-Time Opportunity)

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Job Type: Internship (3 Months) leading to Full-Time Role
Stipend: ₹15,000/month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives up to ₹10,000/month
Full-Time Package: ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed) after successful completion of internship

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and dynamic individuals to join us as Business Development Trainees. This internship provides hands-on exposure to client acquisition, lead generation, business growth strategies, and market expansion activities. You will gain strong business acumen, sales expertise, and client-handling skills that will prepare you for a successful full-time Business Development role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute business development strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
• Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and business meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support business goals
• Develop negotiation, communication, and presentation skills through structured training
