Business Development Trainee

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Intern to join our sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating potential leads through various online platforms and databases. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in B2B lead generation, digital outreach, and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, company websites, and other platforms
• Generate qualified leads and maintain an organized database
• Assist in cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation strategies
• Track and report weekly progress and metrics
• Support marketing efforts such as email campaigns and market research.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus
• Ability to conduct detailed research and work independently
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools
