About the Role: Hackerkernel is looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with WordPress development, including server management, website migration, and the ability to handle front-end and back-end customization efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites. Manage and configure servers for WordPress hosting and deployment. Handle website migrations between servers or domains with zero downtime. Develop custom themes and plugins as per client requirements. Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of websites. Work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–4 years of total experience in web development. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress. Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience in working with cPanel, WHM, VPS, and other server environments. Proven track record of handling WordPress website migrations and troubleshooting server-related issues. Knowledge of WordPress security, caching, and performance optimization.
