We are expanding our remote team and looking for a WordPress Developer with strong coding skills and creative design sense to join our fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer who can build, customize, and optimize WordPress websites with a strong foundation in front-end and back-end development. The candidate should have the ability to write clean, efficient code and develop custom functionalities beyond pre-made themes or plugins.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive WordPress websites.
• Customize existing themes and plugins or build new ones from scratch.
• Implement pixel-perfect designs based on Figma/PSD references.
• Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and SEO compliance.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and CRM tools as required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers on multi-functional projects.
• Deploy websites on hosting platforms (Hostinger, AWS, etc.) and manage DNS/domain configurations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
• Hands-on experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Knowledge of MySQL and database structures.
• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, ACF, WooCommerce, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of React.js / Next.js or basic Python/PHP frameworks (Laravel, Django) is a plus.
• Knowledge of on-page SEO and website performance tools (GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed).
