Field Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a field-oriented, self-driven professional to manage and grow the Sarstedt product portfolio across key pharmaceutical and diagnostic accounts in India. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground business development, client interaction, and technical promotion of Sarstedt’s range of sample collection, storage, and laboratory solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset and strong communication skills, who enjoys customer-facing responsibilities and building long-term partnerships in the pharma and healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Sarstedt products in pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic companies.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their requirements, and promote appropriate product solutions.
• Demonstrate technical understanding of Sarstedt’s range (blood collection systems, lab consumables, diagnostic accessories, etc.) and communicate product value effectively.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for product demonstrations, trials, and feedback.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer trends to support strategic business planning.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations, samples, and purchase orders.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy.
• Experience in field sales or business development within pharma, diagnostics, or life science consumables.
• Strong product knowledge and comfort in discussing technical applications with end users.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to work independently in the field.
