Business Development Trainee

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Job Type: Internship (3 Months) leading to Full-Time Role
Stipend: ₹15,000/month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives up to ₹10,000/month
Full-Time Package: ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed) after successful completion of internship

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and implement business development strategies to drive client acquisition and business growth
• Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and relationship-building activities
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and industry trends
• Participate in planning, execution, and tracking of business development initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to achieve business goals
• Develop communication, negotiation, and presentation skills through structured training and real-time exposure
