Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced, entrepreneurial, and strategic leader from IIM Ahmedabad with a strong background in business development and corporate growth strategy. This senior role will focus on driving business expansion, improving market positioning, and unlocking new revenue streams across our service lines and geographic locations. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement a group-wide growth strategy , including geographic and service line expansion. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances in India and the GCC. Drive lead generation , client acquisition, and retention programs. Collaborate with senior management on market penetration plans and new service rollouts. Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor emerging market trends in consulting and regulatory services. Oversee and optimize client relationship management (CRM) strategies. Leverage technology and AI tools to drive innovation in service delivery, market research, and client engagement. Develop proposals, presentations, and insights for CXOs and government authorities. Frequent travel between India, Dubai, and other GCC countries is required. Candidate Profile: Alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad , preferably with a specialization in Strategy, Marketing, or General Management. Around 5 years of experience in strategic roles in consulting, professional services, or corporate advisory. Demonstrated success in business development, revenue growth, and strategic planning . Good hands-on knowledge of IT tools and emerging technologies, including AI applications relevant to business development and strategy. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills , with an ability to work in multicultural environments. Willing to be based in India , with flexibility for regular travel across GCC and India .
