Job Description

Location: Bangalore Department: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Sribha Infra Build . The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales for home construction, residential flats, and plotted site developments across Bangalore and nearby regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through site visits, client meetings, and market research Promote and sell residential flats, plotted sites, and turnkey home construction services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and property consultants Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and generate leads Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales Present proposals, explain technical details, and handle pricing negotiations Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and timelines Represent Sribha Infra Build at real estate expos, events, and site visits Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, construction sales, or related industries (freshers with strong skills may also apply) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Understanding of residential real estate and construction processes Good market knowledge of Bangalore and surrounding areas Self-driven and target-oriented Fluent in English and local languages (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu based on location) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Preferred Background: Candidates with prior sales experience at reputed builders and developers in Bangalore are highly encouraged to apply. Experience with companies such as: Brigade Group Sobha Limited Prestige Group Puravankara Limited Salarpuria Sattva Godrej Properties Shriram Properties Provident Housing Kolte-Patil Developers NCC Urban Infrastructure …is a strong advantage.
