Job Description

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-Time We’re looking for experienced architects who are passionate about design and ready to contribute to real-world projects. As a Senior Architect, you will assist in the planning, conceptualization, and design of residential and commercial buildings for clients based on client specifications and requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models Support senior architects in concept development and design presentations Prepare working drawings and coordinate with structural and MEP teams Conduct site visits to understand site conditions and assist in implementation Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations Contribute to material selection , detailing, and design documentation Prepare basic BOQs and presentation materials Use design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools Required Skills & Qualifications B.Arch degree from a recognized university (Freshers Welcome) Basic understanding of architectural design principles and building construction Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit Strong creativity and a good eye for design details Ability to interpret and develop architectural plans Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to visit and learn from live project sites Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,601.03 - ₹65,003.98 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Construction: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
