Job Description

ROLE :- SENIOR ARCHITECT /URBAN PLANNER · Qualification : B. Arch/M.Arch · Experience : 5-10 years Required Soft ware Experience:-AUTO CADD, GOOD IN 3D AND WALKTHROUGH PREPARETION · Reviewing and designing of Master planning ,architectural and engineering plans. · Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental Bylaws and safety regulations. · Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required. · Providing guidance to subconsultants like Structure, MEP Service, Contractors, and helping them interpret design specifications. · Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met. · Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge. · Bachelor's or Master degree in architecture · The person should have COA Registration · A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect. · Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills. · Detail-oriented and highly analytical. · In-depth understanding of CAD and other’s Design software. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
