We Vastuvid Design Consultancy Pvt Ltd are searching for an experienced senior architect to oversee the company's new construction projects. As an architect, the person should mentor other Architects, interpret client briefs, and review contracts and designs. Location :- Amar Plaza,First Floor ,Shimla Bypass Road Dehradun website:-https://vastuviddesign.com/ Architect Job Responsibilities: · Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans. · Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental Bylaws and safety regulations. · Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required. · Providing guidance to subconsultants like Structure, MEP Service, Contractors, and helping them interpret design specifications. · Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met. Senior Architect Requirements: · Bachelor's or Master degree in architecture. · The person should have COA Registration · In-depth understanding of CAD and other’s Design software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: total work: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
