Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive having a clear vision to improve a company's business by identifying new opportunities and customer relationships. As a business development associate, your role is to help a company grow through new opportunities, such as by attracting new customers and improving customer retention. Duties and responsibilities: Identifying new business opportunities (e.g. IT/ITES, surveillance services) Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Setting goals for the business to achieve and monitoring input and development Building and maintaining client relationships. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. MBA in marketing or international business is mandatory. 0-2years of experience in business development, sales in IT industry preferable Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel as needed (must have their own vehicle and Laptop). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹12,736.61 - ₹35,857.16 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
