Corporate, Institutional HNI Client development for Bespoke. Key Performance Indicators: Managing Mapped Architect & Developer accounts. Securing BOQs from Key accounts. Generating Leads from Mapped Key Accounts. Maintain contact with mapped Developers, Architects & boutique builders.. Create and update a database of current projects/prospective and current clients. Product Presentation to Key Accounts. Conducting Key account meets. Preparing Quotations on Window Maker software after initial survey of the customer location. Close coordination with the sales team for closure. Key account testimonials. Handle Customer Complaints. Prepare a daily visit report. Ensuring Sales Conversion achievement. Key Interaction:- External:- Architects, Developers, Influencers and Boutique Builders. to get products specified Candidate Profile Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, client-centric approach, and team collaboration skills.
