We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to expand our client base, build strong business relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and long-term business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive business initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs to management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, pipeline, and client communications in CRM tools.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
• Experience in E-commerce / IT / B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
