Role Overview

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and supporting revenue expansion initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, market research ability, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions from Bizyocon’s service portfolio.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Track and report business development activities using CRM tools.
• Represent Bizyocon at events, client meetings, and industry platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
