Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Identify, generate, and convert new leads into customers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Promote and cross-sell gardening products, services, and solutions.
• Maintain sales records, update CRM, and provide regular reports to management.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential customers and close deals effectively.
• Represent The Garden Store professionally at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum

  2+ years of proven sales experience

  in retail, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
