About the Role:

Paddle Park is looking for a freelance BD Executive to drive lead generation and corporate outreach for our pickleball events. The role involves identifying potential clients, setting up meetings, and promoting Paddle Park’s offerings to HRs, event managers, and decision-makers.



Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with corporate clients for team-building events

• Run outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp

• Create and manage basic ad campaigns and posts

• Build a pipeline and convert leads into bookings

• Suggest partnerships and promotional opportunities



Requirements:

• 1–3 years in sales, BD, or marketing (sports/events experience is a plus)

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram for outreach

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Self-driven with an interest in sports or fitness



Compensation:

• Project-based with performance incentives
