💼 Remote Sales Closer – Women’s Health & Nutrition (India, WFH)

About the Role

Warm leads provided – no cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 5–6 scheduled Zoom consultations daily with qualified prospects.
  • Explore client goals, lifestyle, and fit for our program (non-clinical; no medical advice).
  • Present plan options, professionally address objections, and agree on clear next steps/payment.
  • Maintain 

    100% CRM hygiene

     (notes, follow-ups, documents) within 24 hours.
  • Record calls for quality coaching; follow approved scripts and pricing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Customer Success teams to improve show-rates and client onboarding experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Clear, empathetic communication in 

    English

     (Hindi a plus); confident on camera.
  • Prior experience in 

    consultative sales

     (health/wellness/coaching/education preferred).
  • High standards of 

    privacy & consent

     when discussing personal health information.
  • Results-driven mindset:

     reliable activity, punctuality, and coachability.
  • Reliable remote setup: quiet workspace, 

    25 Mbps+ internet

    , HD webcam, headset.

KPIs (with training & support)

  • Daily consultations:

     5–6
  • Close rate:

     20–30% on qualified calls
  • Show rate:

     ≥70% on booked appointments (with timely follow-ups)
  • Compliance:

     call recordings, script adherence, and CRM notes completed within 24 hours

Compensation & Growth

  • Fixed pay:

     ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
  • Performance incentives:

     based on cash collected from closed clients (details shared in interview)
  • Progression:

     eligibility to apply for 

    Senior Closer / Team Lead

     after probation and consistent KPI delivery (subject to openings)
