Role: Business Development Specialist (Full-time, On-site – Jaipur)

Objective: expand the client base, secure qualified opportunities, and close revenue.


Core Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through focused research and data-driven market scanning.

• Build and scratch lead lists with accuracy and speed.

• Execute cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls.

• Qualify prospects and move only high-value leads into the funnel.

• Run end-to-end sales cycles: pitch, negotiate, close.

• Maintain client relationships for retention and repeat business.

• Coordinate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals.

• Track outreach volume, conversion ratios, and pipeline status in real time.

• Maintain consistent follow-ups and eliminate stalled leads early.

• Ensure client satisfaction through structured communication and delivery alignment.


Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and convert it into actionable steps.

• Clear and effective communication for pitches, presentations, and relationship building.

• Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and market research.

• Competence in client handling and service follow-through.

• Comfort working with teams without relying on external direction.

• Measurable sales performance in past roles is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.


Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month based on capability.

• Retention Incentive: 20% on retained clients tied to continued revenue.
