Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in chandigarhi. The selected candidate will be required to identify potential leads, conduct market research, and generate business opportunities. They will be responsible for client acquisition, fostering strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends and customer needs to refine business strategies and achieve targets.

• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue opportunities
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address needs effectively and build relationships

• Familiarity with the real estate or community management industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
