Our EV (Electric Vehicle) Courses aim to equip learners with real-time, practical skills required to thrive in the rapidly evolving EV industry.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) – B2C to promote and sell ISIEINDIA’s Electric Vehicle Courses to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2C sales within the EdTech sector (6 months to 1 year). The BDE will be responsible for lead conversion, student counseling, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective communication and consultative selling.
Counsel students and working professionals on Electric Vehicle (EV) Courses and guide them in selecting suitable programs.
Manage incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails; convert inquiries into enrollments.
Conduct interactive telephonic/online counseling sessions to explain program curriculum, career growth, and opportunities in the EV sector.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Maintain CRM records accurately for every lead, follow-up activity, and conversion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
Present ISIEINDIA’s value proposition clearly and effectively during counseling sessions.
Understand student pain points and provide solutions that align with program offerings.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech sector (Mandatory).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of leads and maintain consistent follow-up.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and student success.
Good understanding of career-oriented courses.
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
